The reformer itself is absolutely gorgeous—the maple wood finish looks clean, high-end, and blends perfectly into my home setup. The machine feels stable and smooth during use.
That said, one of the parts arrived damaged, which was disappointing. Customer service was helpful and shipped a replacement quickly, but it still delayed my setup by about a week. Overall, I’m happy with the product, but wish the delivery had gone more smoothly from the start.
The carriage glides so silently, and the whole frame feels rock solid. I use it in a small apartment and have zero issues with noise.
