LOVE THIS REFORMER!! It’s quiet, easy to move and compact for how much of a reformer you get out of it!
Shipping was fast, took 2 weeks, delivery guys brought it to my door (I live on 2nd floor so that was a life-saver)
Everything was packaged well, nothing damaged. And other than the box being a pain in the butt to open, this was an extremely easy set up. I did it by myself in under an hour!! (including the unboxing part)
I wanted something like my old studio had and this is an amazing option. Not quite as comfy BUT I am 5’8” and this thing fits me! I even have an extra 2 inches to spare so if you are under 5’10” BUY IT!
It comes with SO many accessories too!
Oh and obviously my cat gives it a 5/5 as well!

For a heavy unit like this, I expected months. It arrived much sooner than the estimated date. Very happy with the logistics.
The delivery guy literally dumped this massive, heavy crate at the very edge of my driveway right before a storm and flat out refused to help me move it to the porch. Product is amazing, but the shipping experience sucked.
