Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it arrived safely and was well protected. Once I started using it, I was really happy with the quality. The frame feels solid and the carriage is very smooth.

The hydraulic assist makes a huge difference. Folding a full-size reformer sounded intimidating, but this is much easier to manage than I expected.
