Folding it is effortless thanks to the hydraulic system. Very gentle on the back.
Performance is easily 5 stars, but keep in mind this is REAL studio-grade maple—it’s heavy! The shipping crate is a beast. You’ll definitely want a second person to help you unbox it and set it up the first time. Once it’s on its wheels, it’s easy to roll.
I love this reformer!
I was initially very nervous about ordering a Pilates reformer online, especially regarding customs duties, shipping times, and whether the company was legitimate. I reached out to their customer service team with all my concerns, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered every question patiently and professionally.
It took about two months to arrive in Canada, and the wait was absolutely worth it! The quality of the reformer is excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and the level of service I received. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend them!
J'ai acheter ce Reformer avec Tour et Cadillac lors des spéciaux de fin d'année. Je savais que j'allais devoir attendre pour la livraison: je suis au Québec. J'ai reçu mon Reformer 4 mois plus tard.
Chaque fois où j'ai communiqué avec Matt, du service à la clientèle, j'ai reçu une réponse courtoise et rapide. Fallait seulement être patient!!!
Je suis super satisfaite! C'est silencieux, la planche à sauts est solide, le plateau glisse de façon stable, la tour est solide. Il m'a fallu m'ajuster un peu avec les ressors et l'ajustement des équipements car c'est un peu différent du Reformer sur lequel je prends des cours depuis 7 ans. D'ailleurs, je conseille fortement de ne pas commencer seul(e) sur ce genre d'appareil, mais bien de prendre des cours en vrai et de pratiquer ensuite à la maison. Mais si vous êtes déjà à l'aise, c'est le deal parfait si vous êtes prêt(e) à attendre!

Shipping was fast, took 2 weeks, delivery guys brought it to my door (I live on 2nd floor so that was a life-saver)
Everything was packaged well, nothing damaged. And other than the box being a pain in the butt to open, this was an extremely easy set up. I did it by myself in under an hour!! (including the unboxing part)
I wanted something like my old studio had and this is an amazing option. Not quite as comfy BUT I am 5’8” and this thing fits me! I even have an extra 2 inches to spare so if you are under 5’10” BUY IT!
It comes with SO many accessories too!
Oh and obviously my cat gives it a 5/5 as well!
