Customer service gets 5 stars from me. I asked a ridiculous number of questions before ordering and they answered every one of them.
Shipping was fine. Driver called ahead, box arrived intact, no damage. Can’t ask for much more with something this size.
I’ve owned one of those inexpensive compact reformers before and this is a completely different experience. Much more stable and comfortable.
Assembly wasn’t difficult, but I definitely appreciated having another person there. Once it was set up, everything worked exactly as expected.
Not gonna lie, I bought the maple one partly because it matched my house. It’s really pretty.
