The delivery guy literally dumped this massive, heavy crate at the very edge of my driveway right before a storm and flat out refused to help me move it to the porch. Product is amazing, but the shipping experience sucked.
It arrived almost fully pre-assembled. I just had to attach the shoulder rests and footbar. I was working out within 30 minutes.
