The Cadillac itself is fantastic—sturdy, smooth, and clearly built to last. I’m really happy with the quality and how solid everything feels during use.

What caught me off guard was the weight during delivery. It was much heavier than I expected. Thankfully, the driver and a friend helped me get it inside, or I wouldn’t have managed on my own. It would’ve made a big difference if the logistics team had given a clear heads-up about what to expect for unloading. Still a great purchase, just wish I had been better prepared.
