What really impressed me was the delivery experience—they didn’t just drop it off, they helped unload everything carefully. That kind of service made a big difference. For the quality and support I got, it feels like a fantastic value.
The reformer itself is absolutely top-notch—solid build, smooth glide, and the maple wood is beautiful. It feels like true studio-quality equipment.
That said, unloading it was a serious challenge. It’s big, heavy, and arrived on a pallet that was tough to manage on my own. I really wish their delivery service included inside drop-off and basic setup. If they had helped get it into place and assemble it, I’d have gladly given five stars without hesitation.
The Pilates Reformer with Tower delivers outstanding performance. The carriage glides smoothly, the frame is stable, and the tower attachment adds incredible versatility. It truly feels like a commercial-grade machine.
Just keep in mind—it’s quite large. Moving it into place can be a bit of a workout on its own, so it’s best to plan ahead. But once it’s set up, it’s solid, beautiful, and performs like a dream. Worth every bit of effort!
